🥩 OTHER NECESSARY INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g of beef loin cut into strips
  • 2 large red onions, sliced ​​into julienne strips
  • 2 tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 500g of yellow potatoes for frying
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Fresh chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked white rice (to accompany)

👨🍳 STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

Cut the meat into strips approximately 1 cm thick. Slice the onions into julienne strips and the tomatoes into wedges. Peel and cut the potatoes into sticks.

Step 2: Fry the potatoes

In a large frying pan or wok, heat plenty of oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels.

Step 3: Sauté the meat

In the same pan with a little oil over very high heat, sauté the meat seasoned with salt, pepper, Sibarita garlic paste and a pinch of MSG . Cook for 2-3 minutes until seared.

Step 4: Add vegetables

Add the onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and aji panca paste for color and flavor.

Step 5: The finishing touch

Add the soy sauce , the fried potatoes, and mix everything carefully. Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.

Step 6: Serve

Serve immediately with white rice. The secret is high heat and speed!
