  • El Plebeyo Cancha Corn for toasting 500g
  • La Latina Aji Panca Paste 225g
  • Sibarita Garlic Doypack 250g
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan
  2. Add the cancha corn and toast until golden brown.
  3. Mix with ají panca paste while it's hot
  4. Sprinkle with gourmet garlic and salt
  5. Ready to accompany your favorite ceviche!
