- El Plebeyo Cancha Corn for toasting 500g
- La Latina Aji Panca Paste 225g
- Sibarita Garlic Doypack 250g
- Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a large frying pan
- Add the cancha corn and toast until golden brown.
- Mix with ají panca paste while it's hot
- Sprinkle with gourmet garlic and salt
- Ready to accompany your favorite ceviche!
