  • 3 cups of cooked white rice (preferably from the day before)
  • 300g of chicken in small pieces
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 chopped scallions (spring onions)
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

👨‍🍳 STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

Make sure you have cooked and cooled rice (ideally from the day before). Cut the chicken into small cubes, dice the bell pepper, and slice the scallions.

Step 2: Cook the chicken

In a wok or large skillet over high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of Sibarita garlic paste, and a pinch of Ajinomoto.

Step 3: Prepare the egg

Push the chicken to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Stir until cooked, then mix them with the chicken.

Step 4: Add the vegetables

Add the red pepper and sauté for 2 minutes until slightly cooked but crunchy.

Step 5: Add the rice

Add the cooked and cooled rice. Break up any lumps with a spatula and mix well with all the ingredients.

Step 6: The magic touch

Add 3 tablespoons of Ajino Soyo and another tablespoon of Sibarita garlic paste. Mix constantly so that the rice is evenly coated with the flavors.

Step 7: Finish

Add the chopped scallions, mix for 1 more minute and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Step 8: Serve

Serve immediately while piping hot. The secret is in the high heat and the speed of the stir-fry!
