🍗 OTHER NECESSARY INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kg of chicken breast
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 200g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can of evaporated milk (400ml)
  • 8 slices of crustless sandwich bread
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup ground walnuts
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked yellow potatoes
  • White rice
  • Olives and hard-boiled eggs for decoration

👨🍳 STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION:

Step 1: Cook the chicken

Cook the chicken breasts in salted water until cooked through (approximately 25-30 minutes). Let cool and shred finely with your hands or two forks.

Step 2: Prepare the dressing

In a large pot, heat oil and sauté the chopped onion with 2 tablespoons of Sibarita garlic paste until translucent.

Step 3: Add the yellow chili pepper

Add 3 tablespoons of Sibarita Amarillin and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly to release its flavor.

Step 4: Prepare the creamy base

Soak the bread in the evaporated milk until softened. Blend with the chicken broth and ground walnuts until smooth.

Step 5: Incorporate the cream

Pour the blended mixture into the dressing and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Step 6: Add the cheese

Add the grated Parmesan cheese gradually, mixing well until it is completely melted. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of MSG.

Step 7: Add the chicken

Add the shredded chicken to the sauce and mix well. Cook for 10 more minutes over low heat until thickened.

Step 8: Serve

Serve over white rice, accompanied by boiled yellow potatoes. Garnish with black olives and slices of hard-boiled egg.
