🥘 FRESH INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:

  • 1 whole chicken (1.5-2 kg)
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 cup of dark beer or vinegar
  • Potatoes for frying or golden baked potatoes
  • Salad vegetables (lettuce, tomato, onion)

👨🍳 PREPARING THE MARINADE:

Step 1: Prepare the marinade

In a large bowl mix:

  • All the contents of the Grilled Chicken Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons of Ajinosillao
  • 2 tablespoons of Gourmet Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of Aji Panca Paste
  • 1 teaspoon of Ajinomoto
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 cup of dark beer (or vinegar)

Step 2: Marinate the chicken

  1. Wash the chicken well and dry it.
  2. Spread the marinade all over the chicken (inside and out)
  3. Massage well so that it penetrates
  4. Cover with cling film
  5. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours (ideally overnight)

Step 3: Cook the chicken

In the oven:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Place the chicken on a tray
  3. Bake for 60-75 minutes, turning over every 20 minutes.
  4. Baste with the juices from the tray each time you turn it over.
  5. It's ready when the skin is golden brown and crispy.

On the grill/BBQ:

  1. Heat the grill to medium heat
  2. Place the chicken in the pan and cover.
  3. Cook for 60-75 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
  4. Make sure it doesn't burn

  • French fries: Cut potatoes into wedges and fry until golden brown
  • Fresh salad: Lettuce, tomato, red onion with lemon
  • Sauces: Mayonnaise, ketchup, chili (optional)
